Service Agreement By enrolling in our subscription-based pet waste removal services, you authorize our team to access your property on scheduled service days. You agree to provide necessary access (e.g., unlocked gates, key/code if required) to ensure service completion. 2. Pet & Property Safety Pet Containment: For safety, all pets must be secured indoors or in a designated area away from the service zone during visits. Escape Liability: We are not responsible for escaped pets due to unsecured gates, fences, or pet behavior. Aggressive Pets: If an aggressive pet prevents service, the visit may be canceled and billed as a completed service. 3. Service Rescheduling & Cancellations Advance Notice: Customers may reschedule or cancel a visit with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Missed Visits: Service will be billed in full if our team cannot perform duties due to: Locked/blocked access Uncontained pets Hazardous conditions (e.g., unremoved debris, unsafe terrain) 4. Waste Disposal & Property Access Customers must provide access to a waste receptacle (if using our “Scoop & Leave” service) or specify an acceptable area for waste bag placement. If a receptacle is not accessible and no designated disposal area is provided, we may be unable to complete service as scheduled. Customers are responsible for ensuring yard access on service days (e.g., unlocked gates, clear pathways). 5. Weather & Holidays Inclement Weather: Service may be delayed/rescheduled for extreme conditions (e.g., heavy snow, flooding). We will notify you of changes. Holidays: Services falling on observed holidays may be adjusted with prior notice. 6. Payments & Billing Subscription Services: Billed monthly in advance. No refunds for cancellations mid-billing cycle; service continues until the end of the paid period. Failed Payments: If payment fails, service will be automatically paused until payment is received. No late fees apply. Changes in Fees; Promotions Prices for any subscription plan may change at any time and Scoop Doozy does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. In the event of a subscription plan increase, you will be notified by email regarding the new subscription rate for your plan. Renewal of your subscription plan indicates your consent to the rate increase in your Subscription plan. You hereby agree that should Scoop Doozy be forced to take legal action or enlist the services of a collection agency to enforce our rights under this provision, you shall pay all such attorneys’ fees or agency fees and other fees associated with the collection of such sums. Fees Non-refundable: All subscription fees paid are non-refundable (in whole or in part) even if the Services are suspended or terminated prior to the end of your Subscription plan. If you cancel your subscription, you will enjoy benefits until the end of the last month you made your subscription payment. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Service Corrections We stand by our work. If service does not meet expectations: Notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled service for evaluation. We will provide one free corrective re-service per reported issue. Abuse Prevention: Repeated correction requests for the same property (3+ instances per billing cycle) may result in: A service review meeting with the customer, and/or Temporary suspension of the satisfaction guarantee for the property. Refund requests require documented proof of unresolved issues and are evaluated case-by-case. 8. Liability Property Damage: We take reasonable care but are not liable for pre-existing lawn/landscape conditions or minor disturbances (e.g., temporary footprints). Injury/Illness: Clients assume all risks for pets or individuals not secured during service. Force Majeure: Not liable for delays/cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters). 9. Termination Customer Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel anytime via their account portal or written notice. No prorated refunds for unused service days in the current billing cycle. Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to terminate service at any time, with or without cause, and will provide notice where feasible.
